  • Notes 
    • In the 1880 census, there is a Harrison Shane, age 67, who is an inmate at the Jefferson City penitentiary. I find this interesting because two of his sons: Nathan and Edward are incarcerated in the Boonville Correctional Facility and I have been unable to find James Harrison Shane with any of the other family members since the 1860 census.
