  Carroll Co Newspaper Book 1831-1846: Estate Sale: John Nicholas Dell- dec'd of Frederick Co - Sale of his estate farm where Jacob Dell resides adjoins land of Philip Nicodemus and David Brown; 60 acres with log house and barn, Geo. Warfield, Trustee. In Baltimore and Advisor Newspaper, July 12, 1833. Vol. 10 and 11, MD History Magazine; Associators of Frederick Co, MD (list of men who gave their support to the American Colonies during Rev. War. This is proof of a patriot that will be accepted by DAR for memberdhip) - Dec, 1915/Vol X/No 4/pg 166: Peter Dull, Nicholas Dell, Nicholas Dill, Jr. (MD History Magazine can be found in Annapolis Archives.)
